Player Admission
There is a $5 fee per person to participate on the event. This will cover you for all 3 events. All players must be their own tickets. Teams should use the same Church Name to group them with the particular sport. PLAYERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE THE FORM SIGNED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
